The Recs & Parks Department is LOADED with activities of all kinds! Want to find something new to try? Bubble soccer, floor hockey, paddleboard yoga? Looking for swim lessons for the kiddos? You’ll find everything going on with the city RIGHT HERE.

Santa Maria Public Library is open again! Fifty patrons at a time will be allowed inside (please note that mask protocols and social distancing measures are in place), for 20 minutes. The first hour of each day will be set aside for folks considered to be in the vulnerable population. Check the Library’s website at www.cityofsantamaria.org/library or call (805) 925-0994 for further information regarding safety protocols prior to planning a visit to the Library, located at 421 South McClelland Street. Open hours are: M-F 10 am to 5 pm and Saturdays 10 am to 2 pm

During the COVID-19 crisis, C.A.R.E.4Paws still hosts Mobile Pet Wellness Clinics for dogs and cats in Santa Barbara County, while taking all precautions to ensure we keep clients, staff and volunteers safe. We distribute emergency pet food from 10am to 1pm each time we run our clinic.
